Arrival: Please plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes before your session is scheduled to start. Arriving early will allow you fill out any health forms, discuss session goals and use the restroom if needed. If you arrive after your session is supposed to start, we will still need to end the session on time, so as not to take away the time for the person scheduled after you.

Illness: Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick, have any symptoms of illness, if you have tested positive to Covid-19 or if someone in your household has Covid-19. A 24 hour notice is required when canceling appointments, unless symptoms of sickness occur the day of the appointment. We will look forward to seeing you for your therapeutic massage treatment when you are feeling better!

Cancelation Policy:  Your time as well as ours is very important.  A 24 hours notice is required when rescheduling or canceling appointments. There will be a FULL SERVICE CHARGE for no-show's and missed appointments. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Cell Phones: Please keep your phone on silent, on vibrate or another mode that will not disrupt our session and as a way to show respect to other guests and service providers.
