Welcome! Therapeutic Massage Solutions LLC was created with the purpose of using massage and bodywork to help bring your body more into balance from the effects of stress, soft tissue pain or issues, and to allow you to feel supported and relaxed in a comfortable and safe environment.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Allows you to benefit from either Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, OR integrate both, adjusted to your specific therapeutic needs whether this means addressing chronic pain, relieving tension, helping to break up scar tissue or adhesions, soothing tired muscles, calming the nervous system, and decreasing stress.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle work that includes evaluating and improving the functioning of a physiological body system called the Craniosacral system, using a light pressure of around 5 grams, that helps your body release fascial restrictions, increase the function of the central nervous system and aid the bodies natural repairing abilities to help imbalances and dysfunctions.
COMBINATION THERAPY
PRENATAL MASSAGE
A treatment that includes both Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Therapeutic Massage into one session, where restrictions are released by working directly with central nervous system using a gentle hands-on approach, while also assisting your body with all the benefits of a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage treatment.
Prenatal massage addresses specific needs associated with pregnancy. It can help alleviate back pain during pregnancy, labor pain during childbirth, and postoperative pain, anxiety, and stress. It is helpful and recommended during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
